Guy Mendilow has a thing for vagabond queens, pauper poets and lovers lost at sea. Mendilow, an Israeli-born guitarist, sets these stories to intriguing arrangements of old Sephardi songs carried by Sephardic Jews after their 1492 exile from Spain in his show, "Tales from the Forgotten Kingdom." Mendilow will perform with the Guy Mendilow Ensemble, an award-winning sextet of world-class musicians from Israel, Palestine, Argentina, Japan, the U.K. and America. "If you like 'Game of Thrones,' these stories are for you," Mendilow told the Jewish Journal in July. 7:30 p.m. Thursday. $15. Memorial Chapel, Union College, 807 Union St., Schenectady. 388-6000;
