Multi-instrumentalist, singer, and skilled arranger Guy Mendilow and four musical collaborators use intertwining music and storytelling to conjure picturesque island towns, and recount fantastic yarns pulled from the Ladino tradition — Sephardic Jews who moved from war-torn Spain and settled along the Mediterranean’s northern coast to Greece and Turkey.
